“The Bozo Rise” is a process that starts with a clean shaven bald head and ends with the look of Bozo the Clown or something close to it. The process begins out of neglect or intention, but nothing in between. It’s acceptable on one end of the process or the other, but not anything in the middle. It’s a matter of commitment.
